Welcome to PagaKids. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or website (pagakids.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and your family.

2. Service Description & Educational Nature

PagaKids is a digital financial literacy and home chore app. PagaKids is NOT a bank or financial institution and does not issue real currency or debit cards. Virtual piggy banks and allowances are educational simulations.

3. Account Registration & Parental Responsibility

Primary accounts must be registered and managed by an adult guardian who oversees all child profiles.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through the official Google Play Store billing system.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, app designs, space piggy mascot artwork, and source code are the exclusive property of PagaKids.
